Despite removal from the distribution list, we may continue to store your email address in a so-called blacklist to prevent you from receiving newsletter emails from us in the future. This storage is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR from our and your legitimate interest in preventing the reuse of your email address for sending our newsletter. You have the right, for reasons arising from your particular situation, to object at any time to such processing of personal data concerning you.

Use of rapidmail

We use the service of rapidmail GmbH (Wentzingerstraße 21, 79106 Freiburg im Breisgau, Germany; "rapidmail") for newsletter delivery under a data processing agreement. We pass on the information you provided when registering for the newsletter (email address and, where applicable, first and last name) to rapidmail. Processing serves the purpose of newsletter dispatch and its statistical evaluation. To evaluate newsletter campaigns, the newsletters sent contain a 1x1 pixel graphic (tracking pixel) or a tracking link. This enables us to determine whether you opened the newsletter and whether you clicked integrated links. In this context, we collect your personal data such as IP address, browser and device type, and timestamp. Pseudonymous usage profiles may be created from these data. The collected data are not used to identify you personally. They are used solely for statistical evaluation to improve newsletter campaigns. 6.) Cookies

Our website uses cookies. Cookies are small text files that are stored in the internet browser or by the internet browser on a user's computer system. This cookie contains a characteristic string that enables unique identification of the browser when the website is accessed again. Cookies are stored on your computer. You therefore have full control over the use of cookies. By selecting appropriate technical settings in your internet browser, you can be notified before cookies are set and decide on acceptance individually as well as prevent the storage of cookies and the transmission of the data contained therein. Cookies already stored can be deleted at any time. However, please note that you may then not be able to use all functions of this website in full. Technically Necessary Cookies

Unless otherwise stated in this privacy policy, we use only these technically necessary cookies to make our offering more user-friendly, effective, and secure. Cookies also enable our systems to recognize your browser even after a page change and to offer you services. Some functions of our website cannot be offered without the use of cookies. For these, it is necessary that the browser is recognized even after a page change. The use of cookies or comparable technologies is based on § 25 (2) TDDDG. The processing of your personal data is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR from our overriding legitimate interest in ensuring the optimal functionality of the website as well as a user-friendly and effective design of our offering. You have the right, for reasons arising from your particular situation, to object at any time to this processing of your personal data.

Use of the Cookie Consent Manager by Shopware

We use the Cookie Consent Manager of shopware AG (Ebbinghoff 10, 48624 Schöppingen, Germany; "Shopware") on our website. The tool enables you to grant consent to data processing via the website, in particular the setting of cookies, and to exercise your right of withdrawal for consent already granted. Further information on data protection at Shopware can be found at https://www.shopware.com/de/datenschutz/.

7.) Analytics / Advertising Tracking / Affiliate

Use of Google Analytics 4

We use the web analytics service Google Analytics of Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland; "Google"). Processing serves the purpose of analyzing this website and its visitors as well as for marketing and advertising purposes. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use the information obtained to evaluate your use of the website, compile reports on website activity, and provide other services related to website and internet usage to the website operator. The following information may be collected, among others: IP address, date and time of page view, click path, information about the browser and device you use, pages visited, referrer URL (website from which you accessed our site), location data, purchase activities. Your data may be linked by Google with other data, such as your search history, your personal accounts, your usage data from other devices, and any other data Google holds about you. Your IP address is shortened beforehand by us on our own servers. Google thus receives only pseudonymized data. Google uses technologies such as cookies, browser web storage, and tracking pixels to enable analysis of your use of the website. The use of cookies or comparable technologies takes place with your consent based on § 25 (1) sentence 1 TDDDG in conjunction with Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. The processing of your personal data is carried out with your consent on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. You can withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out until withdrawal. We also use Google Signals. Google Signals enables cross-device tracking. Your data can thus be analyzed across devices if you have activated "personalized advertising" in your account settings and your end devices are linked to your Google account. This makes it possible to recognize the device on which you search for products and later return to complete purchases on another device, such as a tablet. The cross-device reports created in this context contain only aggregated data. We therefore receive only statistics created on the basis of Google Signals. To prevent data collection and storage by Google Signals across devices, you can deactivate the "personalized ads" function in your Google account settings. More information: https://support.google.com/ads/answer/2662922?hl=de. Further information on data processing and data protection for Google Signals can be found at https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/7532985?hl=de. The information generated about your use of this website is usually transferred to a server of Google in the USA and stored there. For the USA, an adequacy decision of the EU Commission exists (TADPF). Google is certified under the TADPF and thus obliged to comply with European data protection principles. Both Google and U.S. government authorities may have access to your data. Further information on terms of use and privacy can be found at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=den=de.

Use of the Meta Pixel

We use the Meta Pixel of Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland; "Meta"). Meta and we are joint controllers for the collection of your data when the service is integrated and for the transmission of these data to Meta. The basis is an agreement between us and Meta on joint processing of personal data, which defines the respective responsibilities. The agreement is available at https://de-de.facebook.com/legal/terms/businesstools. We are particularly responsible for fulfilling the information obligations under Art. 13 and 14 GDPR, for complying with the security requirements of Art. 32 GDPR with regard to the correct technical implementation and configuration of the service, and for complying with the obligations under Art. 33 and 34 GDPR insofar as a personal data breach concerns our obligations under the joint processing agreement. Meta is responsible for enabling data subject rights under Art. 15-20 GDPR, for complying with the security requirements of Art. 32 GDPR with regard to the security of the service, and for the obligations under Art. 33 and 34 GDPR insofar as a personal data breach concerns Meta's obligations. The application serves the purpose of targeting visitors to the website with interest-based advertising on the social networks Facebook and Instagram. For this purpose, Meta's remarketing tag is implemented on the website. When visiting the website, a direct connection to Meta's servers is established. This transmits to Meta which of our pages you visited. Meta assigns this information to your personal Facebook and/or Instagram user account. When you visit the social networks Facebook or Instagram, you will then be shown personalized, interest-based ads. The application also serves the purpose of creating conversion statistics. In this way, we learn the total number of users who clicked one of our ads and were redirected to a page labeled with a conversion tracking tag, and which actions were taken after being redirected to this website. We do not receive information that would personally identify users. Your data may be transferred to the USA. For the USA, an adequacy decision of the EU Commission exists (TADPF). Meta is certified under the TADPF and is therefore committed to complying with European data protection principles. The processing of your personal data is carried out with your consent on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. You can withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out until withdrawal. You can deactivate the "Custom Audiences" remarketing function. Further information on the collection and use of data by Meta, your rights in this regard, and options for protecting your privacy can be found in Meta's privacy notices at https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/.

Use of Google Ads Conversion Tracking

We use the online advertising program "Google Ads" and, within this framework, conversion tracking (visitor action evaluation). Google Conversion Tracking is an analytics service of Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland; "Google"). When you click an ad placed by Google, a cookie for conversion tracking is stored on your computer. These cookies are valid for a limited time, contain no personal data, and are therefore not used for personal identification. If you visit certain pages of our website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and we can recognize that you clicked the ad and were redirected to this page. Each Google Ads customer receives a different cookie. It is therefore not possible to track cookies across the websites of Ads customers. The information collected using the conversion cookie is used to compile conversion statistics. We thus learn the total number of users who clicked one of our ads and were redirected to a page with a conversion tracking tag. We do not receive information that would personally identify users. Your data may be transmitted to the servers of Google LLC in the USA. For the USA, an adequacy decision of the EU Commission exists (TADPF). Google is certified under the TADPF and thus committed to complying with European data protection principles. The use of cookies or comparable technologies is carried out with your consent on the basis of § 25 (1) sentence 1 TDDDG in conjunction with Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. The processing of your personal data is carried out with your consent on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. You can withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out until withdrawal. Further information and Google's privacy policy can be found at https://www.google.de/policies/privacy/.

Use of the Awin Affiliate Program

We use the "Awin" affiliate program of AWIN AG (Eichhornstraße 3, 10785 Berlin, Germany; "Awin"). If you click an advertisement containing an affiliate link, Awin stores a cookie for conversion tracking on your computer. Cookies serve the purpose of correct billing within the affiliate program by recording the success of an advertising medium. Cookies make it possible to recognize that you clicked the advertisement and to trace the origin of the order with the advertiser. Awin also uses so-called fingerprinting. This makes it possible to recognize the device you use. Among other things, Awin can recognize that the partner link on this website was clicked or viewed. Awin collects, among other things, your transaction data (e.g., order value, product type, sales channel, use of a voucher) and your username in the form of an individual numerical sequence, so that no identity is apparent but information on specific user actions and the end device used is included. Your data may be transferred to third countries such as the USA. For the USA, no adequacy decision of the EU Commission exists. Data transfer is based, among other things, on Standard Contractual Clauses as appropriate safeguards for the protection of personal data, available at: https://commission.europa.eu /law/law-topic/data-protection/international-dimensiondata-protection/standard-contractual-clauses-sc c_de. The privacy policy with detailed information on Awin's data use can be found at https://www.awin.com/de/datenschutzerklarung.

This application manages JavaScript and HTML tags that are used to implement, in particular, tracking and analytics tools. However, it enables the triggering of additional tags that may collect and process personal data. Further information on terms of use and privacy can be found there.

Use of Google invisible reCAPTCHA

We use the "invisible reCAPTCHA" service provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland; "Google"). This serves the purpose of distinguishing input by a human from automated, machine processing. In the background, Google collects and analyzes usage data, which are used by invisible reCAPTCHA to distinguish regular users from bots. Your input is transmitted to Google and used there. In addition, the IP address and, where applicable, other data required by Google for the service are transmitted to Google. These data are processed by Google within the European Union and may also be transmitted to servers of Google LLC in the USA. For the USA, an adequacy decision of the EU Commission exists (TADPF). Google is certified under the TADPF and is thus committed to complying with European data protection principles. The use of cookies or comparable technologies and the processing of your personal data take place with your consent on the basis of § 25 (1) sentence 1 TDDDG in conjunction with Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. You can withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out until withdrawal. This is a transregional network of servers in various data centers with which our web server connects and through which certain content of our website is delivered. Processing serves the purpose of optimizing the loading times of our website and thus making our offering more user-friendly. The following information may be collected, among others: IP address, system configuration information, information about the traffic to and from customer websites (so-called server log files). Your data may be transmitted to the USA. For the USA, an adequacy decision of the EU Commission exists (TADPF). Cloudflare is certified under the TADPF and is thus committed to complying with European data protection principles. The processing of your personal data is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR from our overriding legitimate interest in demand-oriented and targeted design of the website. You have the right, for reasons arising from your particular situation, to object at any time to such processing. Further information on data protection when using Cloudflare can be found at https://www.cloudflare.com/de-de/privacypolicy/.

Use of Google Maps

We use on our website the function for embedding Google Maps provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland; "Google"). The function enables the visual display of geographic information and interactive maps. When calling up the pages in which Google Maps maps are embedded, Google also collects, processes, and uses data of visitors to the websites. Your data may also be transmitted to the USA. Cookies may be used in this process. Your IP address and information about the browser you use are processed and transmitted to Google. These data are not linked to your Google account. Your data may be transmitted to the USA. For the USA, an adequacy decision of the EU Commission exists (TADPF). Further information on data processing and data protection can be found at https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/ and https://developers.google.com/fonts/faq.
