We appreciate your interest in our products! Your order will be hand-packed at our warehouse and shipped as quickly as possible. The most important questions and answers about shipping are summarized here:

Which shipping service provider will deliver my order?

We ship our packages exclusively via DHL.

To which countries do you deliver?

  • Germany

  • Austria

  • Luxembourg

  • Sweden

  • Finland

  • Belgium

  • Netherlands

For deliveries to Switzerland, meineinkauf.ch offers an interesting shipping alternative that enables customs-compliant delivery to Switzerland right to your doorstep for a small fee. Further information can be found at meineinkauf.ch. Please note that we do not offer VAT refunds for orders placed via MeinEinkauf.

Is VAT refunded for customers exporting goods outside the EU?

VAT refunds for customers exporting goods outside the European Union are a voluntary service that can be offered by commercial sellers. There is no legal obligation to provide this service. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer this service in our online shop. We ask for your understanding.

What does shipping cost (including statutory VAT)?

Deliveries within Germany:

  • free of costs

Deliveries abroad:

  • Austria: €9.95

  • Countries zone 1 (Luxembourg, Belgium, Netherlands): €14.95

  • Countries zone 2 (Sweden, Finland): €19.95

How long will it take to receive my order?

Unless another deadline is specified in the respective offer, delivery of the goods will take place after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment after receipt of your payment instruction) as follows:

  • Domestic (Germany) – within 2 – 4 working days

  • International – within 5 – 7 working days

Please note that delivery does not take place on Sundays and public holidays.

Delivery to DHL Paketshop, Packstation or Post Office

You can have your package delivered to a DHL Packstation, post office branch, or DHL parcel shop. Please note that you may need a Post number for collection.

How can I track my shipment?

As soon as your order has been processed in the warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. It contains a tracking number and a link to the DHL portal.

You can track your shipment at www.dhl.de by entering your tracking number. Please note that the link will only be activated once DHL has picked up the package from our warehouse.

Can I correct an incorrectly specified address?

In such cases, please send us an email at shop@herrlicher.com with the correct details or call us. We will change your address – provided this is still possible within the timeframe of the delivery process.

Why was an ordered item not delivered?

In rare cases, it may happen that an ordered item is sold out after all. If an item is no longer available and the order coincides with your payment, you will receive an email notification and a credit to your account.


Returns

If an item does not fit or you simply do not like it, you can of course return it easily within 14 days. All information about returns can be found here:

Our return policy

You can exercise your right of withdrawal and return the unworn goods within 14 days of receipt. To ensure that we can process your return as quickly as possible, please fill out the enclosed return form and include it with your return. If there is no form in your package, please contact our customer service. Please note that we can only accept returns that meet all of the conditions listed below. Further information on the right of withdrawal can be found in our Terms and Conditions and in the cancellation policy.

All returned products must be in perfect condition (unwashed, unworn and undamaged). This applies if:

  • You have only tried on the item and checked it as you would be allowed to do in a retail store.

  • The original label has not been removed.

Returns & Costs

Returns within Germany:

To act more sustainably in the future and make shipping more environmentally friendly, we have introduced a flat-rate return fee.

  • Germany: €2.95

Returns from abroad:

  • Austria: €12.95

  • Countries zone 1 (Luxembourg, Belgium, Netherlands): €14.95

  • Countries zone 2 (Sweden, Finland): €14.95

Of course, returns remain easy for you. Please simply use the DHL return label enclosed in the package.

It’s that simple:

  • Fill out the return form.

  • Place the goods and the return form in the package.

  • Stick the DHL return label on the package.

  • Drop the package off at a DHL branch, a DHL Paketshop or a DHL Packstation.

  • You can track the current status of your package at any time via DHL Live Tracking.

Can I return multiple orders in one package?

Yes, this is possible. However, it is important that you include the respective return form for each individual order in the package. Without the corresponding forms, the items cannot be correctly assigned, which may delay processing and the refund.

How & when will the refund be made?

As soon as your return has arrived and has been checked in our warehouse, the amount will be credited to you. The refund will be made using the same payment method that was used for the order. The total processing time for returns is up to 14 days from receipt in our returns warehouse.
